The project
The building of Fürstenhof, a former hotel built in 1902, is to be completely revitalised after many years of use as a bank building.
The project by MOMENI will be used in future as a modern and flexible administration building with a retail area on the ground floor for gastronomy and retail, a co-working level and a roof terrace with a restaurant.
The challenge is to build in the building while maintaining the historic, impressive facade.
