Scope of services
1. Extension and refurbishment of pharmaceutical production area / Building 5
Conversion of pharmaceutical production in Building 5 (5,500 m²) during ongoing operation, and for extension (1,800 m²). Technical areas: Plumbing, heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration technology, CO2 extinguishing system, AP ultra-pure water, demineralised water, steam, compressed air, ICE/BMS technology, vacuum, heavy and light current equipment, media technology and ethanol supply. GMP- and FDA-compliant production had to be maintained at all times. Area: GFA 7,300 m²
2. Thorough refurbishment of microbiological S2 laboratory including offices, bulk final inspection (laboratory and office), kitchen as a breeding ground, isolator room, stability control, raw material monitoring / Building 2
Full refurbishment and redesign of laboratories and office areas in Building 2. Technical areas: Air conditioning technology, refrigeration technology, ICE/BMS technology, heating, plumbing and media technology, electrical engineering, installation of a ventilation centre. Area: GFA 1,000 m²
3. Conversion and refurbishment of class C clean room / Building 3, third floor / (filling and sterilisation of ampoules)
Conversion and full refurbishment of the class C clean room in Building 3, including personnel and material sluices, sterile ampoule filling and ointment production. Technical areas: Plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, compressed air, WFI/AP water, ICE/BMS technology, IT, heavy and light current technology and monitoring system.
4. Feasibility study and preliminary design for the expansion of the high-bay warehouse with order picking / Building 7
Feasibility study and preliminary design for the expansion of the high-bay warehouse with order picking in Building 7, with five aisles for all supply-related facilities. Cooled using geothermal energy.
5. Air conditioning and capacity upgrade / Building 3
Installation of an air conditioning system including ICE and cooling technology in Building 3. Packaging areas while operating and tablet production capacity upgrade. Area: GFA 3,200 m²
6. Conversion of pharmacy and conversion of steam centre in extension / Building 3.
