Trainee interview - 4 questions for Julien

Our trainee talks about how he likes it at LIEBERT.

How did you find out about your apprenticeship as a technical system planner?

In the 10th grade, I did an internship in an engineering office. Here I became aware of the profession of a technical system planner and subsequently informed myself in detail about this job description. A short time later, it was clear to me that I wanted to learn this profession.

You will soon have completed your second year of training. Have your expectations of the training as a technical system planner been fulfilled?

Absolutely. It is a very interesting and varied training profession where you learn something new every day.

What do you particularly enjoy about your job?

The varied tasks and the diverse projects make everyday work interesting. At the moment, I'm working on a large project for a new building for a university hospital with several construction phases. This project is still in its early stages and therefore I have the chance to accompany and help shape it from the very beginning.

Finally, tell us what you particularly like about LIEBERT.

I particularly like the work in the fixed teams. The teamwork is very well coordinated and everyone is attuned to each other. So if I have a concern, I know exactly who to turn to and I always get support from my colleagues.
