News from Liebert

After our project managers from all four offices had been trained by our external coach, Bernd Errolat, in April, it was now the next turn of all our project teams.

In May, we started with our "team days" at the Berlin/Hamburg and Hüfingen/Frankfurt a. M. offices. Bernd Errolat supported each of the six project teams for one day. The focus was on communication and cooperation. 

As individual as the people in our teams were, as individual were the topics they deal with on a daily base analysed and discussed.

The common goal at the end of the team days was to improve the joint processes and to make the cooperation even more efficient in the future.

Encourage and challenge - according to this motto we design individual measures for the personal development of our employees.
