We’re proud of our excellent working atmosphere, which we do a lot to promote and support. Company events like our ski and hut weekend in January and our hiking weekend in the Alps in autumn encourage interaction and cohesion within the team. These events reinforce a sense of belonging among staff, help new colleagues to integrate and provide a time and a place in which people can get to know each other away from the office. Every July, we organise a company go-karting race at the Spreewaldring – and we enter two teams into a professional 18-hour karting race, which is also at the Spreewaldring. Because we’ve got a thing about speed and racing, we’ve been entering a skiing team into the annual ski race at Faschina for the last two years. Their motto is: “Spreewaldring meets Faschina”.
What’s special about our events is that they’re always organised by our staff.
