Hüfingen Location

The headquarters of Ingenieurbüro Liebert is located in the town of Hüfingen, picturesquely situated on the edge of the "Southern Black Forest" Nature Park, not far from the fascinating volcanic landscape of the Hegau region, the "Upper Danube" Nature Park, Lake Constance, and the Swiss Alps. The town and region thus offer an extremely diverse range of leisure and recreational opportunities amidst a truly unique natural landscape.
Hüfingen is located in a region where many people spend their vacations every year. The historic old town is a designated historic district—the idyllic alleys and the banks of the Breg River form the backdrop for a lively town full of energy, culture, and diverse culinary offerings. A number of well-known companies are based here and enjoy the region’s advantages. Villingen-Schwenningen and Donaueschingen, the town where the Danube rises, are in the immediate vicinity. Hüfingen is directly connected to the city of Freiburg via the Breisgau S-Bahn.

Over the past 25 years, our team at our founding location has grown to include 45 highly trained experts. Our entire administrative staff—including the finance department, marketing, IT, and human resources—is also based in Hüfingen. We are delighted and proud to have employees at this location who have been working with us with full dedication for 20 years.
In the coming years, we will construct a new CO₂-free administrative building here for Liebert, equipped with the most innovative building technology and a truly forward-looking work environment. In line with our commitment to ecology and sustainable construction, the building will already take into account and meet the 2030 climate targets during its construction and upon occupancy. By
the way, in Hüfingen we also offer apprenticeships for Technical Systems Planners and, in cooperation with the DHBW Stuttgart, Horb campus, provide training for a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Supply and Energy Management.
