Tower One 

Project ONE is a new construction project in the Europaviertel district of Frankfurt am Main. With its striking architecture, the new office and hotel tower defines the western high-rise area surrounding Platz der Einheit. The high-rise stands 190 meters tall, has 49 floors, and offers approximately 86,000 m² of gross floor area, allowing it to be used as both an office and a hotel. The design aims to consistently separate all operational processes between the two uses. The hotel is planned for the lower ten floors of the high-rise, while the office space is located on the floors above.

Access is provided via a shared lobby with separate, representative entrances and distinct elevator systems on the ground floor. The high-rise is designed as a polygonal slab with a striking top section aligned along the main axis. To complement the urban landscape, an annex building with a parking garage is added to the tower. Together, they form two trapezoidal urban plazas that open up toward the city in a funnel-like shape.
