• Complete renovation of the wellness area and fitness center, expansion and renovation of the restaurant and kitchen. Complete renovation of the wellness area, a private spa area, and the 1,900 m² fitness center, as well as the construction of the new restaurant area, including a 2,400 m² kitchen.
• Renovation and expansion of the “Hexenweiher” restaurant, wine cooler, and cigar lounge with walk-in humidor
• Renovation of the main drinking water supply and swimming pool systems
• New CHP unit with 240 kWel Integration of a CHP unit with 240 kWel and 374 kWth into the existing systems
• New construction of the “Öventhütte” restaurant with commercial kitchen and dining area
