About the project

With MY.B (short for “My Base” and “My Berlin”), the CA Immo Group has completed another office building in Berlin’s Europacity, with a gross floor area of approximately 16,500 square meters. The name MY.B itself reflects the building’s concept, which is specifically designed to meet the requirements and values of modern work environments and office solutions. Diverse, informal communication zones and a spacious, multifunctional lobby with a café, lounge, and coworking areas bring the city’s urban vibe into the building. An additional meeting, conference, and fitness zone can be flexibly rented, whether for workshops, personal training, or yoga classes. The outdoor terrace, accessible from the lobby, and the green, open-plan courtyard also serve as flexible workspaces and relaxation areas.

MY.B’s modern office spaces are spread across six floors. In principle, all types of office layout can be accommodated here, from open-plan to combined or individual offices. A modern technical infrastructure, designed to cater for an increasingly digitalised working world, supports all of the tenants’ office concepts. The building’s own underground car park offers not only parking spaces but also charging points for electric cars and e-bikes. Bicycle parking spaces and showers are also part of what MY.B has to offer. The sustainably designed building has been awarded DGNB Gold certification.
