Momeni
Fürstenhof Project

Revitalization of administration building

About the project

The former Fürstenhof hotel building, constructed as early as 1902, is now set to undergo a comprehensive renovation after many years of use as a bank building.

The project by MOMENI will serve as a modern and flexible administrative building with a retail area on the ground floor for dining and retail, a co-working level, and a rooftop terrace with a restaurant.

The challenge lies in renovating the existing structure while preserving the historic, impressive façade.

Green Building

In addition to resource-efficient building services engineering, flexible systems designed for variable and customized use will be implemented.

The goal is to achieve LEED certification as well as Wired Score Platinum certification.
