Covivio
D3 Project
New office tower (residential and commercial building)
About the project
The plan calls for a high-rise building with a total floor area of approximately 60,000 m², comprising about 26,700 m² of office space, approximately 21,900 m² of retail space, and approximately 11,400 m² of residential space. The project, conceived as an “Urban Campus,” also includes space concepts for a daycare center, co-working and co-living areas, as well as a “Garden Club” with a rooftop terrace, restaurants, dining areas, and a diverse range of services. Diversity, rather than single-use, is the focus for a vibrant and engaging urban landscape. The fundamental idea of community serves as the guiding principle.
