Waldshut Project
New administration building with AOK customer center
About the project
The planned campus expansion in Künzelsau will create space for approximately 400 people in a modern environment designed to foster face-to-face interactions and open dialogue. The spacious building invites employees, customers, partners, and visitors to network in an innovative setting.
The building’s construction relies on a hybrid structure of wood and sustainable concrete, utilizing recyclable materials. This construction method is intended to serve as inspiration for sustainable building in the region. The project pursues the ambitious goal of achieving at least DGNB Platinum certification.
High-quality prefabricated modules made of wood and technical components enable precise construction. The heart of the building is its sustainable energy supply. With renewable local heating and cooling, the Würth administrative building relies on an environmentally friendly and future-proof energy supply. Full climate control via ceiling sails ensures maximum comfort. The building thus impressively combines sustainability, innovation, and comfort.
