Planning and construction management for the complete redesign of the customer center, encompassing all utility systems for heating, ventilation, media technology, and electrical engineering/lighting.

Renovation of the conference rooms on the 1st floor
Planning and construction management for the renovation of the conference rooms, including heating, ventilation, media technology, and electrical engineering/lighting

2) AOK Villingen-Schwenningen
Various renovation projects in the building, including planning and construction management for the complete renovation of the central air conditioning system and fire dampers with a flow rate of 60,000 m³/h; renovation during ongoing operations. Complete renovation of the boiler system with 735 kW heating capacity, as well as the cooling system with 328 kW cooling capacity. Renovation of the entire electrical engineering system, including measurement and control technology and building management systems. Renovation and expansion of office and training facilities, call center, and IT area.

3) AOK Lörrach
Planning and construction management for the renovation of the entire electrical installation (IT, fire alarm system, lighting) in the administrative building.

6) AOK Emmendingen
Complete renovation and expansion of the customer center
Planning and construction management for the complete renovation of the existing building and the expansion of the customer center. Renovation of the 190 kW boiler system and two HVAC systems (16,000 m³), as well as the plumbing, refrigeration, and building automation systems.

7) AOK Waldshut New Construction
