The project
The Öschberghof is a prestigious five-star resort in Donaueschingen offering 127 stylish rooms and suites, four restaurants, a spacious conference centre with five conference rooms and a ballroom.
A lavish spa invites guests to indulge in five thousand square metres of wellness. The gym is kitted out for fitness enthusiasts with the very latest indoor and outdoor equipment. There are three golf courses with a total of 45 holes and numerous training facilities for a unique golfing experience.
Scope of services
- Fully refurbish the wellness area and fitness world, extend and refurbish restaurant and kitchen Fully refurbish the wellness area, a private spa area and the 1,900 m² fitness centre, and equip a newly built restaurant area including kitchen (2,400 m²).
- Renovate and extend the Hexenweiher restaurant, wine cooling room, cigar lounge with walk-in humidor
- Refurbish main drinking water supply and swimming pool system
- New 240 kWel CHP system Integration of a 240 kWel and 374 kWth CHP system into existing technology
- Newly built Öventhütte restaurant with industrial kitchen and food and drink area
