The project
MY.B (= My Base and My Berlin) is another office building realised by the CA Immo Group in Europacity Berlin, with a GFA of around 16,500 m². The name MY.B refers to a building concept specially oriented around the requirements and values of modern working environments and office solutions. Varied, informal communication zones and a spacious, multifunctional lobby with café, lounge and co-working areas bring a sense of the city into the building itself. An additional meeting, conference and fitness zone can be rented flexibly for workshops, personal training, yoga classes etc. The outdoor terrace, which is accessed from the lobby, and a landscaped, open-style interior courtyard also offer flexible work and recreation spaces.
