Redesigning the customer centre
Planning and site management for a complete redesign of the customer centre, involving all of the technical supply systems for heating, ventilation, media technology, electrical engineering and lighting.

Refurbishment of the first floor conference rooms
Planning and site management for a refurbishment of the conference rooms: heating, ventilation, media technology, electrical engineering and lighting

2) AOK Villingen-Schwenningen
Various refurbishment projects in the building, including planning and site management for a complete upgrade of the full air-conditioning system and fire dampers (60,000 m³/h volumetric flow rate); conversion done during ongoing operation. Full refurbishment of the boiler system (735 kW heating output) and cooling system (328 kW cooling capacity). Refurbishment of all of the electrical engineering, including ICE and the building management system. Refurbishment and expansion of office and training premises, call centre and IT area.

Full refurbishment and extension of customer centre
Planning and site management for the full refurbishment of the existing building and an extension of the customer centre. Refurbishing a 190 kW boiler system and two ventilation and air conditioning systems (16,000 m³) as well as the plumbing, cooling and ICE systems.
