Topping-out ceremony in Hüfingen

LIEBERT sends a clear signal for the region and sustainable growth

Over 50 participants, including tradesmen, planning participants and employees, came together last Friday to celebrate the topping-out ceremony for LIEBERT's new office extension. At 4 p.m., Managing Director Thomas Liebert opened the celebrations with a speech in which he emphasized the importance of the office extension for LIEBERT and the region. Georg Mellert from Holzbau Fluck then gave the traditional topping-out speech, symbolically blessing the new building and thanking those involved for their excellent work.

In his speech, Thomas Liebert looked back on the impressive development of the company, which began over 28 years ago in Berlin: “In 2000, we started in Hüfingen, opposite with just three employees. The new building next door followed in 2006 with 20 employees, and today we are proud to employ around 40 people here in the region.”

With the ecological office extension, which will be ready for occupancy by March 2025, LIEBERT is creating 16 more modern workplaces, underlining its clear commitment to the Black Forest and the region as a location for further growth.

The new premises not only offer bright and luxurious workspaces, but also innovative think tanks, ergonomic standing workstations and a modern conference center.

LIEBERT is consistently following its strategy of anti-cyclical investment: “During times of crisis, we make targeted investments so that we are ideally positioned once the crisis is over,” explained Thomas Liebert.

With a view to the upcoming final spurt before Christmas, Liebert called on everyone involved to “step on the gas” once again in order to achieve the planned move-in date of March 15, 2025 - one year before the company's 30th anniversary.
The topping-out ceremony was a symbol of LIEBERT's continuous growth course, which focuses equally on innovation, sustainability and regionality.
