We organise regular seminars and "offsite meetings" for our project managers from all four offices to promote personal exchange and dialogue outside of daily business.

Because outside of the daily office routine, in a new, different environment, new, impulse-giving ideas and approaches to solutions also emerge. Many thanks to our coach Bernd Errolat, who accompanied us throughout the days! Together we were able to critically discuss and further optimise internal processes and our project management.

The first meeting this year took place at the beautiful Agriturismo il Salotto Wines & Resort in Maremma Tuscany. The focus this time was on: cross-location project updates, planning the strategic approach for our four branches and outlooks on our new, exciting projects for the coming months.
