Making education sustainable

Making education sustainable - not only in terms of content, but also with a better climate in an innovative university and office building directly on the Elbe

The client of the new type of project is PATRIZIA Deutschland. As the main user, MSH Medical School Hamburg (MSH) will expand its presence in Hafen-City with additional modern learning and seminar space for approximately 1,755 students and employees.

By the end of 2027, the sustainable new building will be constructed on approx. 23,300 m² directly on the Elbe, where CO2 emissions will be reduced and the cooling energy will be generated 100% regeneratively. Together with the architects C.F. Møller Architects, Berlin, who are responsible for the design, the project developer Drees & Sommer SE, LIEBERT is planning the new building of the Medical School in Hamburg for LPH 1 - 4.
