The future always rewards those who keep going! Under the motto “Opportunity = Change,” employees from all locations gathered at the Öschberghof in Donaueschingen on December 6, 2025, to look back on the year together and celebrate in style. This year’s celebration kicked off with a spectacular film intro. Before Managing Directors Thomas Liebert, Stefan Ballmer, and Patrick Merkt delivered their speeches, we observed a moment of silence in memory of our late colleague Michaela Kaltenbach, who passed away unexpectedly in 2025.
Stefanie Kirner delighted the audience with her harp solo, as did the surprise visit from St. Nicholas, whom our managing directors honored with a recitation of a poem. In the second part of the evening, the new colleagues from all locations were introduced. Celebrated weddings and births were, of course, just as much a part of the presentation as the honors for long-serving employees and promotions.
The official part of the evening concluded with the Christmas tree raffle, and then it was time for lively celebration and dancing. The BikFellas from Düsseldorf created a great atmosphere and ensured an unforgettable evening, which was also well documented visually on the photo wall. The catering at the Öschberghof was outstanding, and all employees and their partners enjoyed a LIEBERT Christmas party full of style, energy, and plenty of fun and festive cheer. We’re already looking forward to next year. We’re curious to see where our journey will take us next.
