While one team in Berlin is sweating it out at the B2Run, the team from Frankfurt is celebrating their completed projects at a group barbecue workshop. The barbecue event focuses above all on fun, learning, and, of course, delicious food. Naturally, the barbecue workshop isn’t just about grilling—it also includes a dash of product knowledge, a serving of fun, and a great atmosphere. Whether it’s a basic course or an advanced steak or fish seminar: the focus should be on fun and socializing, not on intense studying. And while the delicious grilled dishes were cooking, our employees were free to ask questions to their heart’s content.
Setting the table together, preparing the food, and sitting down together brings every team even closer together. Our Frankfurt team had a truly wonderful evening, and once again it shows just how important camaraderie and fostering team building are.
