Our Berlin office came up with something truly special for a team-building event: a group game show afternoon at Showdown in Berlin. We started with pizza at our Berlin office, followed by a bus ride to the venue. The idea was to foster teamwork and strengthen communication—the perfect foundation for successful collaboration in our day-to-day work. Our employees had a lot of fun with real challenges that tested their creativity, strategy, and skill. It was the perfect way to discover new dynamics within the team.
For the large Berlin team, it was an unforgettable experience. Laughing, cheering, and getting to know colleagues from a completely different side. Of course, this provides—in addition to everyday office life—some different topics of conversation. The diverse games offer entertainment for teams of any size and composition. The energy was palpable all day long. Another plus for our “People of Lieberty” philosophy in Berlin.
