LIEBERT Versorgungstechnik, our engineering firm with deep roots in the region and operations nationwide, is taking the next strategic step in its more than 30-year history:

Together with ALVA CAPITAL Management from Munich, the managing partners have founded the new building services engineering group NEXOPLAN, serving as its strategic anchor firm. For a strong, growth-oriented building services engineering group with a clear vision.

For the location and the employees, this step means one thing above all: long-term security and new growth prospects. LIEBERT remains independent; the familiar points of contact and structures remain unchanged. At the same time, the previous shareholders continue to be operationally active and also hold stakes in the new group.
