Witte Projektmanagement GmbH

WITTE Projektmanagement GmbH is active in project management throughout Germany; it has its headquarters in Berlin and branches in Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Munich and Frankfurt/Main. It was founded by Dipl.-Ing. Marco Witte in 1994 and, with over 70 employees, manages projects for renowned customers from the real estate, construction and finance sectors. WITTE Projektmanagement focuses on the supervision and control of complex construction projects. Its activities range from classical project management to controlling, process management and technical due diligence to green-building certification to all the main certification codes: LEED, BREEAM and DGNB. The company’s expertise lies in the core sectors commerce and residential: offices, retail and hotel buildings, and apartment buildings.

Tewag - We combine knowledge of the latest research, scientific methods and geological expertise with decades of practical experience. Consulting, measurements, planning, surveys for geothermal projects and environmental protection are the core competences of tewag GmbH. From project conception through accompanying approvals procedures to construction supervision and quality control, we model flows of heat and groundwater below ground by means of analytical and numerical simulations (FEM).
