On-site quality assurance
At LIEBERT, the site manager plays a key role. He oversees the execution of the project, ensures the quality of workmanship, conducts inspections, and manages the project on-site during the construction phase. In doing so, he ensures close collaboration and coordination among the various departments and trades. Due to the high level of responsibility involved and the breadth of their duties, our site managers are employees with exceptional experience. If necessary, the site manager is on-site full-time and oversees the building from the structural shell through to completion.
