PROJECT MANAGER(M/F/D)
Specialization: Supply engineering/technical building equipment (TGA)
Type of position: Full time
Your duties:
- Independent management and control of construction projects in the field of technical building services with a volume of between 30 and 300 million euros.
- Responsibility for the planning, tendering and awarding of contracts for technical building systems in accordance with HOAI service phases 1-7.
- Project coordination with clients, architects and contractors.
- Schedule and cost monitoring as well as quality assurance in the projects.
- Management and coordination of project teams in the implementation of sophisticated technical building solutions, particularly in the healthcare and hospital construction sectors.
- Central contact person (m/f/d) for all technical matters relating to technical building services and competent interface to customers, specialist planners and project participants.
- Interdisciplinary coordination and coordination of all building services trades to ensure a smooth project flow.
- Recognizing, evaluating and calculating project changes and supplements.
- Managing and developing assigned staff by promoting individual strengths, recognizing and developing talent, and resolving conflicts to create a motivating work environment.
What you need to have:
- Successfully completed studies in supply engineering, technician, master craftsman or a comparable qualification.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in handling building services projects.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in planning, with at least one technical trade.
- Proven experience with at least two successfully completed construction projects (please enclose a list of references).
- Sound knowledge of supply engineering, in particular in at least one specialized mechanical trade with in-depth technical knowledge.
- Very good knowledge of German (mandatory)
- Competent handling of industry-standard CAD/calculation programs such as REVIT.
- Very good knowledge of VOB and HOAI.
- Structured, methodical and committed way of working as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.
