IT COORDINATOR (M/F/D)
As IT Coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact (m/f/d) for all IT-related questions from the specialist departments at our company's four locations.
Type of position: Full time
Your duties:
- Management of IT support for the entire company with the support of the internal
- IT service team and external IT service providers
- Coordination and monitoring of external IT service providers as well as planning and control of all associated activities
- Procurement of software and hardware, license and asset management
- Supporting the specialist departments in the planning, implementation and monitoring of IT projects
- Internal data protection coordination in collaboration with the external data protection officer
- Development of guidelines and process descriptions
- Conception and continuation of the information security strategy
- Planning, coordination and management of IT projects for secure IT operations
- Organization of employee training on IT topics based on an e-training environment
- Checking contracts and invoices
- IT controlling and monitoring of the annual IT budget
What you need to have:
- Successfully completed studies (business informatics, business administration or comparable course of study), alternatively completed training as an IT specialist in system integration
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity, ideally in an engineering or architectural office
- Experience in the coordination of external solution providers and IT service providers
- Strong analytical, conceptual and process-oriented mindset
- High degree of initiative as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to familiarize yourself independently with the latest topics and technologies and to undergo further training
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in German, English at least B2
