ENGINEER / SPECIALIST PLANNER
Specialising in: Building automation / measurement and control technology
Type of position: Full time, part time
Your duties:
- Planning ICE for technical building systems in line with HOAI Section 53 service phases 1-9
- Coordinating projects with building developers, architects and contractors
- Working with our construction managers
- Deadline and cost monitoring, quality assurance in projects
What you need to have:
- A completed degree in building automation / automation engineering (B. Eng, M. Eng, Dipl.-Ing., technician) or similar qualification together with planning experience
- Sound knowledge of building automation and instrumentation and control engineering and VDI 3814
- Adept at using industry-standard CAD/calculation applications REVIT, AutoCAD und Mervi Soft Tric
- Advanced knowledge of Germany’s construction, tendering and contract regulations (VOB) and its official scale of fees for architectural and engineering services (HOAI)
- Structured, methodical and dedicated approach to work
- Communication and team skills, strong customer focus
