ENGINEER / SPECIALIST PLANNER
Specialising in: Supply systems / technical building services for the technical areas of heating / cooling / ventilation / plumbing and sprinkler / fire extinguishing equipment
Type of position: Full time, part time
Your duties:
- Planning, tendering and awarding technical building systems in compliance with HOAI Section 53 service phases 1-7
- Coordinating projects with building developers, architects and contractors
- Working with our construction managers
- Deadline and cost monitoring, quality assurance in projects
What you need to have:
- A completed degree in supply systems / technical building services / power engineering (B. Eng, M. Eng, Dipl. -Ing., technician) or similar qualification
- Professional experience in planning technical building system projects
- Adept at using industry-standard CAD/calculation applications REVIT, AutoCAD MEP, Solar or Linear
- Advanced knowledge of Germany’s construction, tendering and contract regulations (VOB) and its official scale of fees for architectural and engineering services (HOAI)
- Structured, methodical and dedicated approach to work
- Communication and team skills, strong customer focus
