CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Specialising in: Supply systems / technical building services or electrical engineering or building automation / measurement and control technology
Type of position: Full time
Your duties:
- Construction supervision in compliance with service phase 8 of HOAI Section 53 for the technical building services heating / cooling / ventilation / plumbing or electrical engineering or building automation/ICE.
What you need to have:
- You are a technician, master engineer or graduate in supply systems / technical building services or electrical engineering or building automation / ICE or similar qualification
- Professional experience in project planning and construction management in the above areas
- At least one construction project successfully completed and passed though approval
- Advanced knowledge of Germany’s construction, tendering and contract regulations (VOB)
- Structured, methodical and dedicated approach to work
- Communication and team skills, strong customer focus
