As a leading technical building services engineering firm, we specialise in consulting, planning and construction management for supply systems in major construction projects within a wide variety of industries.
We have around 90 employees and our teams work at our four locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt a. M. and Hüfingen. They engage in exciting and challenging projects and are highly motivated, solution-oriented and passionate about what they do.
If you’re looking for a new challenge and enjoy developing innovative and sustainable solutions together in a dynamic team, then we should definitely meet. We welcome qualified, motivated team members in the areas of planning, design and construction management at all of our locations.<br/>
As a professional with project experience, you can contribute your skills and expertise to our teams and you can develop personally and professionally as well. We offer a wide range of training and promotion opportunities to help this happen.
Talented young people new to the profession are also very welcome. We run a range of internships in which pupils and students have the opportunity to sample the everyday life of an engineer. If you’re already familiar with the profession and want to gain practical experience and also earn your first salary while studying, you can apply for a ‘Duales Studium’ or dual study programme at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University.
Liebert is looking for people who see themselves as team players and who bring expertise and a can-do mentality. People who like to take on responsibility and always need new challenges. If those are the kind of qualities that have led you here: welcome to the People of Lieberty.

Setting and achieving goals
We closely support all of our staff in achieving their performance and career objectives. A key element in this employee development is communication between managers and staff. It’s based on openness, mutual trust and respect in our daily work and beyond. We also encourage transfers and exchanges between our locations, which most of our staff enjoy taking advantage of as part of their personal development.
Staff appraisals are held on a regular basis. The aim of these interviews is to compare the company’s expectations and what a team member envisages, and to plan the way ahead together. We consider this the foundation of effective and professional personal development and career planning. It means you can progress step by step from specialist planner, to junior project manager, to project leader.
Further training and development
We do our best to encourage you to keep training. And we also place demands on you. Internal and external training opportunities are a cornerstone of personal development at Liebert. At Ingenieurbüro Liebert, everyone has the opportunity to attend seminars and training courses to stay up to date with the latest in their profession. We offer internal seminars on themes such as time and project management, stress management, coaching and technical documentation. External and internal training and the regular exchanging of experience ensures that you have access to the professional expertise you need.
