AND THIS IS HOW IT WORKS AT OUR EVENTS
We take pride in our excellent work environment, which we actively support and foster. Company events such as our skiing and cabin weekend in January or the hiking weekend in the Alps in the fall help build connections and team spirit. They strengthen employees’ sense of belonging, help integrate new colleagues, and provide an opportunity to interact with coworkers outside the office. Every July, we host an in-house karting race at the Spreewaldring and participate with two teams in a professional 18-hour karting race, also held at the Spreewaldring. Since we are fascinated by speed and racing, we have also fielded a ski racing team for the past two years, which participates in the annual ski race in Faschina under the motto “Spreewaldring Meets Faschina.”
What makes this special: The events are always organized with employees.
We also care deeply about our employees’ families, which is why they are always invited to our annual Christmas parties. As one big family, we have a lot of fun together during these events. Everyone who attends consistently appreciates the relaxed atmosphere, the casual conversation, and the cheerful camaraderie.
