- Planning, tendering, and awarding contracts for building services systems in accordance with HOAI §54, service phases 1–7
- Quality assurance in projects
- Schedule and cost monitoring
- Preparation of plans in the field of building services engineering
- Preparation and review of design, construction, installation, and inspection drawings
