Successful building systems technology turn architecture into an experience and create workplaces that are motivational and impart a sense of well-being.
We see ourselves as doers, who want to achieve the maximum technically possible, but always have in mind that technology must serve people – not the other way round. Technology should make architecture an experience and turn rooms into places of well-being. Technology makes a house into a home and a building into a workplace.
Today ecological compatibility and sustainability are essentials and, for us, are a sincere concern. In consequence technology must fit the world, or better still, technology must adapt to our world. The objective of our planning is, therefore, to harmonise ecology and economy with the requirements of employees and the occupants of a building. So our first task is to determine the various uses of the building and associated requirements in discussions with the client, and to adapt these to the environmental framework.
In supply systems technologies, progress proceeds at breakneck speed. Many alternatives have become possible, especially in the use of regenerative energy. But what is sensible? And what is economical? We prefer minimalist means combined with integral planning from the start, as opposed to subsequent technical upgrading. Numerous major projects prove that our solutions remain profitable over the whole working life of a building.
Ingenieurbüro Liebert does not do routine or standard solutions. With us, everything is open to question. At the same time we act quickly and flexibly, and present clear concepts and solutions, because long discussions are tiresome for our customers. We want to understand how the client will later use the installation. Only in this way can we achieve substantial savings in the investment and operating costs of an installation for our client.
For Ingenieurbüro Liebert, planning building services also means that we concentrate on the project very intensely from the start. Together with the client we clarify the risks at the start of planning, jointly define the budget, and adhere strictly to it over the course of the project. We guarantee transparency at every step; the customer always decides with us for each individual step whether the risk or the budget should be predominant. And always when we take a calculable risk, then so that it can be minimised without difficulty, because this possibility was taken into account in our planning.
